How to Airdrop Edition Tokens

Airdropping is the process of sending a token from the Edition contract to a selected user. You can send as many tokens as you’d like to a wallet address and pay the gas fees as the contract creator. 

Please note that these directions only apply to contracts created on Foundation.app. To airdrop for non-Foundation contracts, please refer to the help center of the respective platform.

How to Airdrop Steps

1. Navigate to the collection in Etherscan (For Eth Mainnet Editions) or Basescan (For Base Editions), click on the Contract tab, and click Write Contract. 
   1. Field #8 (mintCountTo) is where you will airdrop the tokens.
2. Click “Connect to Web3” to interact with the contract.
3. Enter the number of tokens you want to send.
4. Enter the wallet address you want to send them to.
5. Click Write and approve the gas fee.
6. Verify that the tokens have been airdropped and the numbers on the Foundation collection page are accurate.
